Project Cambodia Fundraiser
UPDATE - the Canyon School Community has raised just over $750 for Project Cambodia this week. Big thanks to our Grade 6 class for organizing the craft sales, bake sales, candy grams and hat day! Also thanks to everyone that supported this project. If you missed your chance to make a donation, we are still accepting donations for the next week or two!
Canyon School Project Cambodia Fundraiser! Students in Mr. Shackleford's 6A classroom are raising funds to support Project Cambodia to help build schools in rural Cambodia. Students have been making bracelets, preparing for a bake sale and selling candy grams at lunch in order to raise these funds.
Students will also be able to wear a hat at school on Wednesday, February 13th for a $1 donation.
All Canyon students are welcome to bring a donation or to purchase a bracelet, some baking or a candy gram to support the fundraiser - these will be available at lunch hour all week. Bracelets, baking and candy grams are all available for approximately $1-$3 (please don't send students with large amounts of money).
If you'd like more details about this project, please contact Mr. Shackleford at the school - firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to check out the article about Project Cambodia in Shootin' The Breeze as well as looking for our Facebook Page.
