Canyon School Weekly Memo
February 14th, 2025

Classrooms were filled with red, pink and white as students dressed up for Valentine's Day! There was a lot of excitement as students exchanged cards and participated in Valentine themed activities. We also ended our week of reading, Dogtown, and hope you and your family enjoyed the book! This week students also enjoyed Subway and we are thankful to our parent volunteers who pick up, sort and deliver these hot lunches to students. Thank you.
There is a Booster Society meeting scheduled for Monday, February 24th when we return from the break. All parents are invited to attend. The meeting is held at 4pm in the downstairs meeting room.
Our next School Council Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26th. Please save the date. We hope to get feedback on the draft calendars for the 2025/2026 school year and share the updated Admin Procedure 440 with respect to Volunteers. All parents are invited to attend!
